Maybe most of you know, or maybe you don’t, but the open is coming! It’ll be here before we know it! March 11th is when they’ll announce the first workout. Yes, 3 months seems like a long time, but we all know how fast that can go by.
So, on Friday’s we’ll be doing some open prep work, just to get us ready. We’ll try to do open style workouts or some interval work or what have you so when the open comes hopefully we can peak our fitness and get some awesome scores!
And because we’re starting some open prep, I figured I’d throw it back to the old open days when they had some original GOAT’s doing them. And if you don’t know who these people are, go do some CrossFit history. These were the OG’s that made it the way it is today.
