Another open type video. I just figured with today’s movement of Thruster’s I’d pick a backstage video that had the same movement as well! And 3 fit chicks to go along with it!

And just think, it could be worse. You could have to do 15.5 which was 27-21-15-9 of thrusters and calories rowed. And yes, it was one of the worst things imaginable.
