Best low carb dressing recipe! All the smoky goodness of chipotle and bacon in a paleo friendly dressing. Perfect for salad, chicken or fish.

Paleo Bacon Chipotle Ranch Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp finely minced chipotle pepper in adobo
  • 4 pieces bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar and shake until well combined. Serve over salad, chicken or fish.

Recipe Notes

Serves 6. Each serving has 1.35 g of carbs and 0.62 g of fiber.
