The 800 gram challenge. Ever heard of it? If you haven’t, might want to give a listen below. Instead of most “diets” that try to take away things, this is all about getting in the food that you SHOULD be eating, and then worrying about everything else.

Something a little different from the norm, but works. When you actually eat real food, you tend to not be as hungry, which means you don’t snack non stop or crave things that you shouldn’t be eating. Might be something worth looking into!
