Since it’s summer, are you an outdoors in the sun or inside with a fan kind of person?
I am an outdoors person. I would rather be outside doing something than inside laying by the fan, even if it is a little warm. I just need to put on lots of sunscreen and wear a sombrero otherwise I turn into a lobster!

If you were the only human left on Earth, what would you do?
I guess I would explore things? It would be really boring without anyone else! I suppose I would end up spending most of my time trying to find food and survive (I know that answer is too logical).

Would you rather eat snow cones or popsicles?
Snow cones. Particularly tropical fruit flavors with coconut ice cream in the bottom.

What’s your favorite sport to watch and which team do you root for?
Admittedly, I don’t watch a ton of sports, but I do like to watch a little baseball. When we moved to Chicago for school many years ago, we were told we had to pick a team – either White Sox or the Cubs. I ended up picking the Cubs. Went to a handful of games at Wrigley Field and have claimed the Cubs as my team ever since! They FINALLY won the world series in 2016 – first time since 1908!

What’s one item you want to own that you don’t?
I can’t really think of anything. Pretty content with where I am in life. But, I think a fun toy to have would be a UTV like a ranger or rzr. Just need to find one with 8 seats to fit the whole family!

Would you rather carry around 10 coconuts or 5 watermelons everywhere you go?
Probably 10 coconuts. Not sure why though. Watermelons are pretty heavy and harder to handle.

What’s the last book you read?
Last night I read “Red Hat, Blue Hat” – it’s a board book that I read to my 5 year old. He laughs every time.
Actually, I have started several books recently, but the last one I think I actually finished was Lone Survivor. Story of the SEAL team attacked in Afghanistan (same team that Michael Murphy was on – the Hero workout “Murph” named after him).

Would you rather surf in the ocean or kayak in a lake?
Surf in the ocean. Something about being in the ocean is more exciting to me. One of my favorite things to do recently is wakesurfing on the lake behind a boat – best of both worlds!

What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?
Top of my list is Nepal, Kathmandu, and Everest base camp. Would love to adventure to that part of the world and see the culture. I think I’ll get there someday.

Would you rather go camping for two months or Disney World for 2 days?
Probably Disney World for 2 days. I’ve never been there so I think that would be fun.  I love camping and being outdoors and plan to do some of that this summer with the family, but 2 months is a long time!

What’s your most hated household chore?
Folding and putting away laundry and weeding the yard. If anyone has some kids that want to earn a few bucks weeding my yard, let me know!

It was Wade Ross birthday on the 6th and Mckenzie Hansen’s birthday is today (7th). If you see either of them wish them a happy one!
