Another weekend with some more Semifinal action. Once again the top 5 men and women advanced to the CrossFit Games. This event has been around for quite a few years and always is legit to watch. This weekend was no different. Worth the watch if you have some time and wanna watch some fitness. Also it’s pretty cool seeing 2-17 year old girls destroy people. Insane how good these young athletes are becoming!
