Some of you may have never seen this video, others might have. Either way, it’s a great reminder. I think sometimes if we’ve been into CrossFit for awhile we forget how hard it is for someone new to get into it and how big of a shock to the system it can be from the normal life of someone in America. It’s also nice to see how dedicated people are, and maybe it can help you realize you might need to tighten up in certain areas like food quality, intensity, recover, etc. Enjoy!
