Well it’s been awhile since we’ve done some Tabata so today seemed like a good day for it! Unlike back in the older days when your score was your lowest round out of the 8 intervals, today we’ll just be doing max reps throughout the 8 intervals. That means if you blow up it’s okay! Go out hard and try and hold on! I expect to see some of you moving as fast as they do in the video 😉
And while you’re doing tabata, just think it could always be worse. At least on not making you do bottom to bottom!
