I hope you all had a fun and safe Halloween! Hopefully the kids didn’t keep you guys up too late! Well today is Bring a Friend day. Hopefully we can see some new faces today! We love to meet new people, so don’t be shy, bring them on in!
Today we get to play with a movement we don’t do all that often. We saw it in the team series, and it packs quite a bunch. My suggestion for you all is to do short fast sets on this movement. 5-10 reps seems to be the sweet spot, where you can go fast, but you don’t die. Don’t be obsessed with hitting the same reps every single time, go fast and as soon as you slow down get out of there!
