- This month’s challenge is 2:00 to complete 15+ strict pullups. Every time you exceed 15 reps, you make it harder by taking away bands or adding weight.
- This month’s goal is focused on a gymnastic movement you would like to achieve/get better at. Come up with a way to improve on it.
It only seemed fitting since it’s Thursday, and I’ve found all the behind the scenes action on Amazon Prime so I’m feeling very nostalgic right about now.
Throwback to a games workout with some handstand pushups since they’re on the menu today. And who knows if we’re actually get the games this year so this might be all that we have for entertainment!
Good little watch if you’re bored, and to think about how far the sport has come. I still remember this getting announced (since non of this was streamed live back then) and being so confused when they said 150# medball. I thought for sure it was going to be medball squat cleans, and I thought how impossible that would be. Oh the good old days!
