So we’ve made a few videos online about the handstand pushups and we’ve posted them to the facebook group and all that. Hopefully you’ve watched them, if not go back and watch them so hopefully they can help you for today! You can also watch the video below to give you some more info as well. And then you take what you like, and throw away what you don’t!
As far as strategy for today, it’s going to be a bit longer today, and it’s gonna be heavy. So I would suggest breaking up the reps earlier than you think. It’s long, it’s heavy, the movements tend to interfere, meaning they will make the movements harder as you go. So just be smart today! Pace it right and you’ll be just fine!
