It’s a new month, we need new goals on the goal board

Well if you came on Tuesday then you know that what I posted was a lie. Yes it might have been rude, but hopefully it got my point across.
I don’t like complainers and cherry pickers. And with people avoided running like it’s some disease I had to make it a point that running will not kill you and that you can do hard things.
Now the video below gets more into the mindset for our weekly tip, but just keep in mind why you are doing what you do everyday here. You show up and work hard for 1 hour, and hopefully it makes the rest of your day easier. So why would you avoid hard things? Isn’t that why you come here? You know the workouts are tough and you have to work hard. So why would you skip out on the days you need the most? If you are avoiding it, it’s because you aren’t good at it. But if you became good at it, think of how much better you’d be?
Let’s forget CrossFit for a second. If you came to the gym on days you didn’t want to and did workouts you hated or movements you didn’t like. How much easier would life be? You’d be able to do so many things that are hard in every day life, because you’d show up on days when you know it’d be tough for you. Remember this doesn’t have to be about in the gym. Hopefully you’re doing this to help you outside of the gym!
So now you know that I can and will lie about workouts if I need to. Keep cherry picking and it will keep happening. Trust me I know and see and hear more than you think. But I promise today is an actually heavy day! And watch the video below on mindset!
