Since being founded in 2012 by Owner Chans Porter, CrossFit Unknown has become increasingly well known. Although it has expanded drastically from its humble beginnings in a 1,300 square foot facility to its current 4,000 square foot facility, CrossFit Unknown's commitment to offering the highest quality coaching to its clients has never faltered.

This extra program is for someone who wants to get better at weightlifting movements (Clean and Jerk, Snatch,). This program uses percentages based on your current 1 rep maxes, along with different variations of movements. (i.e. clean from blocks, clean pulls, snatch balance, jerk balance, etc). Classes are Tuesday at 4 pm and Saturday at 7 am.
This program is designed for people who are having shoulder problems. It is an 8 week program, designed to help get your shoulders stronger, more mobile, stable, and bulletproof. It is done 4 days throughout each week.
This program would be for someone who wants to just increase his or her squat. Generally the squat is the foundational movement. If we can increase your squat weight, we can increase any other lift that includes the legs (front squat, clean, snatch, deadlift, etc.). You will be doing front squats, back squats and variations, along with single leg work as well. This is done 3 days throughout each week.
Our mission is to help you reach the goals you’ve always wanted and still be able to enjoy the foods you love. We have a number of options you can choose from that can give you the jumpstart to getting results, all while making it realistic and attainable for long term success.
For those of you that feel rowing is a struggle, then this program is for you. This program is designed to help you build capacity on the rower, get better technique, and help build a better “engine” for longer CrossFit workouts.
Whether you’re looking to compete in CrossFit or you just want to improve your fitness and work on your weaknesses, we are here to make your goals a reality. We will be at your side every step of the way to help you become the best version of yourself.

This program combines mobility with strength to get you feeling and functioning at your best. This program uses little to no equipment and can be done at the gym or at home. After 4 weeks there will be an assessment to see where you are at and how the improvement is coming.
