REMINDER

  • 3 month goals, get them on the goal board and start working on them!
  • We have Sub for Santa items available to take for some gifts here’s what we want: Grab the ornament, whatever number is on that ornament, write it on the paper, along with your name and phone number. We’d like the gifts back no later than Dec. 19th! Wrap them if you can and put the sticker back on the gift so we know what is what! We truly appreciate you guys helping out families in need this time of year!
  • Holiday schedule for next week:
  • Monday-Wednesday will be normal schedule.
  • Thursday only 1 class at 8 AM.
  • Friday No Classes.
  • Saturday normal classes
  • Bring a Friend day is Thursday! All classes are FREE TO TRY!

Just a heads up to you all about the schedule for next week because of the holidays. Here’s what we’re doing:
Monday-Wednesday: Normal Classes
Thursday: 8:00 am only (12 days of Christmas workout)
Friday: Closed
Saturday: Normal Classes

I don’t know how I strolled upon the video, but that’s what sometimes can be wonderful about youtube. Great podcast that I haven’t listened to in a long time, but as always, glad I relistend to it. All of these podcasts are pretty good and if you have the time or an app for it, you should listen to them.

If you don’t know who Greg A is, then you are missing some of the glory days of CrossFit. He was basically the golden child who was amazingly fit before freaks joined in. He was the guy getting sub 3 minute Fran’s when people could barely do it under 10. Dude as a legend and has some cool old school stories!
