Skill day today. I’m betting we’re bound to see some of these movements come up in the open. Might as well practice them! Hopefully if your goal is to get a muscle up or hspu that you’ve been practicing a little bit. Very hard to get 1 the day before the open workout. Spend some time, make it a monthly goal and get to work!
