Another awesome story about how CrossFit made someone healthier. We know this is happening all over the world but it’s nice when you can see it happening to just everyday people. Not some games athlete that does this for a living. This is what it’s all about. If you can look below you see that Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do here at CrossFit. They say if your nutrition isn’t on point then you shouldn’t even worry about the factors above it in the pyramid. Once the Nutrition is dialed in then you can work your way up. The problem is that people seem to not care about their nutrition. Or else they only care for a certain amount of time, let’s say a nutrition challenge or something like that. The goal is to understand that this is a lifestyle change. The more we can understand that the better we can implement it for years to come and continue to stay healthy.
