Today we get some sumo deadlift high pulls. Some people struggle with this movement. Watch the videos below to help you with maybe something you might be doing wrong. Sometimes a video is more helpful to watch what people do right and wrong instead of just having the coach tell you.

But why do we even do the sumo deadlift high pull? Doesn’t seem like a “Functional” movement. Well hopefully after watching the video you’ll think differently!
