William Blake Marston

  • Barbell club is Saturday 7 AM! Reminder the cost is 20$ per month.
  • It’s a new month, that means new goals on the goal board!

It’s Friday once again, and that means another hero workout. Be smart with the load on today’s workout. It’s suppose to be heavy but don’t kill yourself. Make sure it’s a load you can handle. The reps are somewhat low to where it doesn’t look so bad, but 20 minutes is a while so pace this bad boy. Don’t start out too hot, get into a groove and then since it is a hero workout make the last few minutes suck more than normal. Remember why we have these hero workouts, and be grateful we have our freedom.

FRIDAY 5/4/18

*To preserve the stimulus of today’s workout we are looking for a heavy deadlift, RX is 405/285
