Workouts are attached in the link below! You’ll get the idea of how we run this with a group of 3, and how all levels can participate. Should be a good time. Try and sign up if you can make it.

I’ve done the schedule for the Halloween Throwdown and if we stay on track we’ll be done around 11:20 AM. So it’ll take a little more than 2 hours if we stay on track. So not a huge amount of time if you can make.

We also we be serving breakfast for you guys. Nothing better than eating free food after you workout.

And for those of you on the challenge who will ask, the breakfast food after the throwdown will be “free”. Meaning it won’t count against you!
