REMINDER

  • 3 month goals, get them on the goal board and start working on them!
  • We have Sub for Santa items available to take for some gifts here’s what we want: Grab the ornament, whatever number is on that ornament, write it on the paper, along with your name and phone number. We’d like the gifts back no later than Dec. 19th! Wrap them if you can and put the sticker back on the gift so we know what is what! We truly appreciate you guys helping out families in need this time of year!
Jessica Hammer!

Since it that time of year, we have to go with holiday questions! What’s your favorite Christmas tradition (if you have one)?
Probably spending Christmas Eve at my grandparents, playing games till late. Then heading home and opening Christmas pajamas!

If you could only have one type of Christmas candy this year, what would you choose?
Chocolate Oranges! My mom has always gotten those for my family during Christmas.

What’s your favorite Christmas Movie?
Any Hallmark movie! But Christmas Kiss is probably my favorite.

Would you rather have three feet of snow for Christmas, or no snow at all?
Definitely 3 feet of snow, I LOVE the snow.

Name something about Christmas that most people like, but you hate (or at least dislike)?
Eggnog. Everyone drinks it this time of year and I think it’s so gross.

Describe a Christmas present you wanted badly as a kid, but never received.
A pony! hahaha

If someone offered you a gift card to any store you wanted, which one would you choose?
Oh that’s hard, Old Navy for clothes or Ulta for makeup

Give us one vivid Christmas memory, good or bad.
The first Christmas with my nephew! He was about 7 months old and it was so fun to watch him open presents and get excited! I also loved buying him presents and definitely spoiled him.

If you were Santa Claus, what type of cookie would you want to be left out for you on Christmas Eve?
Any kind of Crumbl Cookie!

What’s the best – or worst – Christmas present you’ve ever received?
The best present I have ever gotten is probably when my grandparents gave the whole family a trip to Disneyland. It was so fun for everyone to go on vacation together.

Would you rather build a snowman, go sledding, have a snowball fight, or stay inside drinking hot cocoa?
Probably go sledding, or snowmobiling, does that count?

The true meaning of Christmas to you, is [fill in the blank].
For me it is giving to those around you, whatever that may look like. And spending time with family and everyone you love. It is a unique time of year where I see more family, service and kindness than any other time.

Today we are hitting up a retest. When I originally wrote the workout, the plan was to only do it once so I made it pretty awful. But, somehow it ended up being a yearly thing so here we are. Just like in the summer we had a workout for my aunt that passed away. This one was for my grandpa who passed away 5 years ago.

It’s a nasty one. First year I programmed it, we made it a solo workout. Since it was so bad we made it a partner style workout. If you’re up for it, make it a solo one, up to you!
