Congrats on being our first Member of the Month for 2021! Since it’s resolution’s month, we’d thought we’d play along!

Would you rather go to a party every night for 3 months or be alone on a deserted island for 3 months? Why?
I love parties! But 3 months is a long time. So, I think I’d choose a deserted island because… I could have a lot of time to self reflect and make some good resolve to improve. I really think 3 days would be long enough though! 

What would you like to be your biggest triumph by the end of the year?
Are we talking CrossFit triumph? I would be so proud of myself if I could do 10 pull-ups and 10 toes to bar by the end of the year- in order to do that I should lose about 20 lbs:) so that would also be a triumph! 

Would you rather go back in time 1 week or forward 1 day to see what’s in the future? Why?
I would rather go back in time. There are things I could correct. The future needs to be just that! I want to take each moment as it comes and knowing what was coming might mess with my present! 

What would you be willing to try outside of your comfort zone to increase your health this year?
I would love to go outside my comfort zone and improve discipline and organizational skills. I keep asking Chans to be my macro coach… I think this might be the year to go for it! 

Would you rather be twice as fast as you were last year or twice as strong? Why?
I think I’d rather be twice as strong because all those muscles would make me faster too! So then I could be both! 

What book would you like to read by the end of the year?
I would like to read something good 🙂 I do love to read and can’t decide on just one… the Book of Mormon is one I always want to read. 

Would you rather give up soda for 6 months or French fries for 6 months? Why?
I am not a huge soda fan so I’d rather give that up and eat chick fil A waffle fries with chick fil A sauce weekly! 

How would you like to spend your free time?
I would like to spend my free time with my family and friends having all food catered – so I don’t have to prepare any and have a cleaning lady so I don’t have to clean up anything either! I just want to sit and chat and play and have fun and do whatever not caring about anything but enjoying the company! 

Would you rather only be able to whisper for the whole year or have to shout everything you say for the whole year? Why?
I think I’d choose to whisper… yelling for that long would make me deaf and give me a giant headache.  

Is there a vacation spot you’ve been dying to go to?
Well… I think God’s mountains have to be one of the most spectacular of His creations. I would love to go to Switzerland and see the beautiful countryside there.
