REMINDER

  • We need new goals! Pick a movement you’d like to get before the open and start working on it!
  • The open is this week! Sign up for the open! open.crossfit.com.
  • You can take the Judges Course HERE. We will reimburse you for it! We will need help with judges!
  • There will be no PM Classes in Morgan on Friday. Come to Friday Night Lights in Kaysville! Doors will open at 4:30 pm!

Okay gang lets go over how this Friday Night Lights are going to work. Please watch the video below as well to help us out. It really does make my life way easier (if you care at all) and makes things run smoother as well.

Like we’ve done in the past. We will have a heat sheet with times to workout. We will have times for Friday (AM and PM heat times) as well as Saturday and Monday (if people need those options). Now the goal is to sign up under a time so #1- I know how many judges we need in that class to make life easier and not so stressful getting eveyrone judged and #2- You know when you are working out so you show up for it (hopefully). The heat time you sign up for is when you will be WORKING OUT. So please, make sure you show up early to warm up and be ready for it.

As for the food goes, pretty basic. Sign up for something and bring something. We try to do the main dish for the most part so people only have to really bring sides and stuff like that. But the more food we get the better!

Bring whoever you would like, we don’t care. Please though, if you are bringing children please pay attention to them and keep track of them. It will be pretty crazy with people working out and we’d hate to have a kid get hurt because of it.

We have already said this but week 1 and 3 is in Kaysville. Week 2 is in Morgan. Regardless of what place we are in, the door will open at like 4:30 pm and the first heat will begin at 5:00 pm. If you cannot workout in the PM we will have the open workout be the main workout of the day for Friday so anytime you come you can hit the workout. If you didn’t sign up for the Open and can only workout on Friday Night, come workout! You will still go in a heat, you just won’t need to be judged.
