Thanks to all those who came down last night! Hopefully you enjoyed yourselves! Great job to everyone over these last 3 weeks. The open is always a stressful time and it’s so nice to be done in 3 weeks instead of 5.

Be proud of your efforts throughout the week and if you’re fired up to train, focus on some weakness work to help you improve over the next year! But remember, this is all about being fit, so still enjoy yourself and don’t take it too seriously!
