- It’s a new month, it means we need a new goal on the goal board! The open is over with and we’ll be doing a nutrition challenge starting in May, so the focus this month is Nutrition.

- May 3rd is the start of our Nutrition Challenge!
We’ve maybe mentioned this a little bit, but we’ll be starting another Nutrition Challenge May 3rd. Basically 1 week from Monday.
Now, in the past we’ve done basically a zone or paleo style challenge, and a tray challenge as well. This will be something new this time around. This time we are doing a carb cycling challenge! Something maybe most people haven’t played around with so should be exciting to try something new.
If you read both of those google docs, it will tell you all you need to know about the challenge. Cost, how it works, how you get points, what the winners will get, etc so please read it! It might be a hair confusing at first, watch the video, ask questions if you need to but hopefully it should make sense!
