This recipe actually looks pretty legit. I haven’t actually tried it yet, but youtube is a crazy place and this was a recommendation, so I clicked on it and here we are. Hopefully it’s good, but if you have a craving for some ice cream this might do the trick! Also keep in mind you can custom this to what you like and feel taste the best, never forget that!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 tsp or less of xanthin or goar gum
  • 2tbs fat free/sugar free vanilla jello
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs pb2 powder
  • 1 tbs truvia stevia
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit optional
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 500g Ice
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (low fat) or low fat dairy of your choice

DIRECTIONS

  • Water as need to blend to correct consistency
  • Blend for about 5 minutes

MACROS (for entire batch)

  • 295 Calories
  • 32g Protein
  • 36g Carbs
  • 5g Fat
  • **1/3 of batch is 100 calories
