It’s Friday, so why not do a flashback video. Same movements as we are doing today, obviously because these were games athletes they had to make it more complex with deficits and dball cleans but regardless same idea.

Always funny to look back on these days and see how far it’s come. Heck, I’m pretty sure not many people would even know have of these guys. I think Rich Froning is probably close to the only one still competing now days! Enjoy!
